Single Independent Session: $100 (30-60 minutes) VIRTUAL AVAILABLE!

Friend or Spouse Conjoined Session: $60 each (30-60 minutes) VIRTUAL AVAILABLE!

Half Session: $55 (30 minutes) VIRTUAL AVAILABLE!

*$5 discount on single independent session for scheduling back-to-back with someone of the residence (only applicable on non-package, in-person sessions)

*A gas fee may apply depending on your location (does not apply to virtual sessions)

Members will receive a $100 discount on all packages.

One Month Platinum Package– Includes 12 sessions (3x+ per week): $820 ($68/session)

One Month Gold Package– Includes 8 sessions (2x per week): $620 ($77.50/session)

One Month Silver Package-Includes 4 sessions (1x per week): $380 ($95/session)

*Package sessions may be used more frequently than package outlines, but will expire if not used at the rate intended

Grocery Store Tour- 60 minutes: $100 VIRTUAL AVAILABLE!

Ask me your nutrition questions, hear about diet myths, and learn how to decipher food labels. At your first consultation you will receive tip sheets, recipes, and food lists. Add on a grocery store tour – I will meet you at the store you frequent or guide you virtually to show you where to find the healthiest foods, what to buy, and what to leave behind. Review what you already have in your home and find out if it’s worth keeping around or trading in for a healthier option!

COMPARABLE SERVICES/RECOMMENDATIONS:

Private Gym Personal Training: $80+ per session

Physical Therapy Appointment- $90-$250 (30-60 minutes)
