Static Stretch Collection
Chest, shoulders, lats/back, hamstrings, quads, outer hips, spinal muscles. Have a chair ready. Length: 7:37

Hip Flexors
Is your back tight? Try this! Elongates your walking gate when these muscles are loose. A pillow and a nearby piece of furniture may come in handy. Length: 3:35
Pike to Cobra
Use to both activate the deep abdominals & stretch the abdominal wall. You can do this on a chair or bench as shown (moderate level), on the floor (advanced) or against a wall (beginner). Length: 1:36
Floor Stretches
Use for maintenance, on a recovery or under the weather day, or to do something productive for your body on a day of little motivation! Can be done on the floor or higher surface like a bed. May want a pillow handy! Length: 13:21
Chest & Arms
Lengthen the muscles of the chest, biceps and down through the fingertips. Length: 2:14
Calf Stretch
Work out kinks in the ball of the calf (Gastrocnemius), as well as lower near the ankle and Achilles Tendon (Soleus). Length: 2:25
